mkg-hz-n8n-app is a personal workflow automation application operated by Mark Greenway. This policy explains how data is handled when the application accesses Google APIs or other third-party services via OAuth authorization.

2. Data collected

The application may access data through authorized OAuth scopes, including:

• Google account profile information (name, email address)
• Data from other connected services as required by individual workflows

3. How data is used

All accessed data is used exclusively to execute the automated workflows configured by the operator (Mark Greenway). Data is not:

• Sold or rented to any third party
• Used for advertising or marketing purposes
• Shared with any party other than the services required to run the workflow

4. Data storage

Workflow execution data is stored on private infrastructure operated by the application owner. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are not shared.

5. Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to perform the configured automation tasks. Execution logs are retained for a limited period for debugging purposes and are then deleted.

6. Third-party services

This application connects to third-party APIs as configured by the operator. Each third-party service is subject to its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You may revoke OAuth access at any time via your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions .
